That's great that you explored alternative possibilities and found what you liked best. I too tend to find "MY" best composition and then shoot dozens of shots with that until I get the exposure I like. Well done and well thought out. Cheers - Ann :)

I did try a few with the left hand relaxed and flat. I didn't like the lack of symmetry though. I tried to make one fist seem more clenched than the other, and there is more light on the left hand. Still don't think I got the look I was going for, though.

Very thought provoking image. Having said that I was wondering what you think of having the hand next to be bible to be laying flat palm up instead of in clenched fist? Another example perhaps of aggression versus passive body language. Just a thought. Excellent tones, contrasts and composition. Very dramatic. Cheers - Ann :)
