Claudio, this is a really nice photo however IMHO it has a few flaws. You dof is not very good and it looks like you handheld a night shot which is almost impossible to do. You have great clarity in the forground but you lost it in the background. You aperture selection was excellent to get the starry effect of the lights but they are blurry:( Had you used a tripod this would of definately been a winner.) Hope my critiqe does not offend. My intention was to point out deficiencies so you could improve. BTW. welcome to usefilm.
