Thank you Mirek for your comment. I eas in Greece. I can't rember the time but every where sunny. He was an illegal student who were selling music. I just took that mistake image to keep him happy. I agree with you, it is NOT a proper portrait.
Hello Kambiz. Your picture breaks every rule for a good portrait and the results are obvious. I have to credit You for the courage to post this picture here. Let's look at the lighting first. I will take a guess, the shot was taken around noon, the Sun is almost directly above the subject's head, half of his face is in direct sun and the rest is in the shade, he has a big shiny spot on his lower lip that outshines anything else on his face and moves the attention away from his eyes to his lip. I mam not sure You intended this. Another thing is, what appears to me, a wide angle lens used for this picture which distorts the face too much making it appear like a bubble and everything else in the background sharp. This is good photograph as a snap shot from a vacation trip, but by no means I would call it a good portrait. I think Bob was trying to be very nice to You. I am not criticizing Your skills in photography, this is only my judgement regarding this picture. Good Luck!
