i agree with paolo, the upper bit is shot good except for the right arm which appears she does not have one, whilst the lower body is posed very awkward

The picture suffers from a very bad editing and/or jpg compression which compromises the whole photo.
Besides that I find the model's pose pretty innatural and forced. If your aim was to show her what she has between her legs, well, she might have sit with her legs open in a more natural position. The cut of her hand and leg is quite bothering, in my opinion. If you notice, the upper half of the picture is very good with a good expression of the model, the below part seems to be taken from a completely different kind of pic.
