I like the image and normally agree that an off centre focus is best - rule of thirds and all that, but in this case I think centreing the 'thinker' as you have done is the best.

It might be worth while moving her to the right but I think it needs the corner behind her and the empty space to the left along with the sepia tonings to show the environment she is stressing in. But if you place her to the right of the frame her head would be angled out rather than into the image, but it might work, give it a go!

Great photo!! I wanted to stop by and say thanks also for the reviews you gave me on my photos :)

I particularly like this photo. Something about shooting subjects when they are thinking about something...even if you are not sure what they are thinking about; lends to an interesting subject!

One humble suggestion :) You may want to experiment and try and put the subject on either the left side or right side of the photo frame. Usually an off center subject makes the composition more naturally appealing to the eye :)
