You know Bill , I never even thought about trying this image as a grey scale . But ,as usual, I think you may be on to something . I will give it a go and see how it looks . I did not really intend for this image have such a shallow dof , but it was my first shot using a new lens , so I considered it to be an experiment . Live and learn . Well Rob... I've noticed you've really gone to the dogs lately... :-) Did you by any chance try de-saturating this to 256 Grays...then playing with the contrast a bit. Looks like a great candidate! Great timing on the "eye". terrific grab at a shallow DOF...
