Thanks Janet. Here's that recipe for you since I couldn't find your email: 21/2 cup flour 1/2 cup salt 1 tbsp Alum 2 cup boiling water 2 tbsp oil combine all dry, stir it in the boiling water, then add the oil. Knead and add food coloring if you want. This is the best recipe I've ever found and we've tried dozens over the years. Hvae fun! Angela

Interesting photo, Angela...very crisp and clear! I like that you included the rim of the bowl in the shot as well.
I forgot about playdoh making...my daughter would like to do that as she can sit for hours playing with the stuff. *email the recipe if you get a chance, please! I'd be forever grateful!*
