My town Tokyo ;-)? I guess what we?re about is not exclusively due to where we from but more where we belong ? and the title here certainly tells the story, your story. Had it not come from you I wouldn?t have known the shot was snapped in Tokyo - curious to my eyes in that it doesn?t ?feel? Japanese. There are no visual clichés to inform and the crowds to far away to decipher. In this ?Japanese? scene the ?Starbucks? seems surreal and definitely steals the picture.

Starbucks are everywhere :) great shot..nice perspective.. thanks for the comment on my "surf's up" image..Not too worry about getting the camera wet, I took the image from a pier... got lucky because the waves where breaking near me.

Thanks Chris. Glad you like it. I KNEW you'd like the sky, even if it is a paler shade of blue than you prefer.

Blue sky and fluffy clouds, Roger!! Nice composition on this one, with the buildings each side channelling the eye to the road that takes you right to the back of the shot. Good to see your bit of Tokyo! Best regards, Chris

Thanks, Rob. When are we going to see more of your photos? I am feeling deprived! I am under extreme pressure of work at the moment, but a new camera is coming and that will force me to get out and about again...

Yes it looks like a fresh sky and we see even blues and clouds. Surprsing to see a bicycle path, I thought we were the only ones in the world to have that. It is a crisp nice photo with a tremendous depth and perspective.
