Fine moment ? the determined athlete and the couch potatoes soaking up the sun! The contrast in styles makes this picture a story and brings a smile to this viewer. The shot also succeeds in the composition and muted color tones. Negatives? Never in the picture itself, but for the detail, the inappropriate choice for a black frame - does not serve the shot John? my taste anyway ? all so darn subjective ? ;-))

Wonderful picture, the composition, the lines and colours are perfect. The running lady you took just at the right time, very well done.
It's only a pity that you made a heavy black frame around the picture, but that's my opinion.
