You have a very beautiful image. I found the white shapes on the left distracting. So I did some work.
I cloned out the white shapes, adjusted the pupils with some Brightness/Contrast.
I duplicated the layer and added a soft effect and then masked out the eyes and a lowered opacity over some of the edges.
I hope you like it.
