Love the texture, detail, and exposure - you can really sense the age in the wood. I'm not sure I'm crazy about the composition, though, it's kinda just "there", centered in the frame. The top of the grass is at a good line, I just think maybe another angle or perhaps a wider angle or another visual element might provide a more aesthetically appealing balance.
