Thank you for commenting Karina, I was in two minds about putting in that area of diffusion or not-I suppose Mohammad was referring to that in his comment.After trying out both options I decided to soften that area of the frame so as to focus the attention more on the dog and the street to the left of the bollards. Great photo with very nice composition. There is something not right about the blur though. It doesn't feel right and that's a pity.
