You are doing great,
Try to capture a portrait for one of the fishermen including the boats in the background while they are working, this would be really something nice,

great capture , i like th efading colour in the sky, and the reflection of the fading red colour on tthe sea water ,
the momvment of the fishermen gives an impression of hard and active working
