I like this one best of the three (probably because Rajnish looks happy!).
You did do well with the white balance in mixed lighting.
You should have let them take a shot of you - your public profile portrait doesn't give much away, and I like to be able to picture people!

sorry. it's from the movie "office space". i thought that a movie ref. would be a bit more universal. then again, as hilarious as it was, this movie wasn't very popular. similar to "the office" but with a "dilbert" sensibility. pointy-haired boss, the whole bit.
check it out. i have a feeling you'll like it.

That went a bit "WOOOSH!" over my head... is it a reference to some American sitcom? I can't recall it being in The Office, neither can my Brit colleagues, which was my first assumption...

pretty interesting series. i'm not a portrait guy so i'll leave my misguided opinion at the door. however, it did remind me of something that made me laugh out loud:
"PC LOAD LETTER??? what the hell does that mean?"

I love his beautiful teeth and the catchlights are marvelous. The colors are bright and bold. A very pleasing composition and he doesn't look camera shy at all.
