A nicely caught photo,the slight blur of motion giving animation to the scene in contrast to the b&w look of those beyond (out of focus). Good use of the depth of field! Emphasising a close relation of the girl.

the distortion around scarf must be intended cos the giving the blurred effect is harder compared to a deep contrast. congrat.
