About I'm just experimenting with photoshop. This is no more nor less than a snapshot, some over-saturated postcard, I know.

Nice landscape but I would like to see a less saturated version ..

Thank you for your comment on The Wait, Anthony. The meaning of any image is whatever the viewer chooses, I feel. From your bio, I suspect that you agree. I'm glad that you like my work.
Re: Tully Lake. Definitely oversaturated, especially the confected-looking sky. Along with oversharpening and overcontrasting, oversaturating is a real danger in PS. As with music where high volume is so often used in an effort to conceal mediocrity, lack of restraint can be a serious quality hazard in the digital darkroom. While a shout pushes away, a whisper seduces is my philosophy. Have you tried this image in BW? I'd like to see that. Thanks again for your comments. Happy shooting. ~Tim

Hey, that's the joy of digital photography, the only cost is our time to experiment! ;)

I think this IS too saturated, though.
Keep shooting!
