I am thinking that the flash fill will help or kill the photo. I think you have done a fine job here and would play with a white board to reflect light into the eyes or bounce the flash fill.

Shelly, you are right and I'll try it next time. The point is that I use ambient light in my amateur studio.Maybe some additional speedlight may fill the face. Anyway, thanks for your kind remarks. I saw your portfolio - it's very nice. Your bio is interesting. Best regards, Witold

This is a great shot. I would like to say it could use a bit more light in the eyes and a little more darkness in the background but I don't think that is what you were going for here. I truely think this is a perfect portrait. Well done.
