very sweet pictorial! Sorry, read another comment and played around with it. Wonderful as is and here is another approach... I like the cherry blossoms! but maybe smaller they don't take away from the portrait so much??? Anyway, I do like both images ~very sweet!

Beautiful image. Happy Birthday TO Mr. Cherry Blossom. This is a good work on this. But I am agree with Mr. andrew rode. The second image is really giving more blue shade.
But 1st is very nice. Anyway this is nice work.

I like the right image a lot, but the left one seems a little uninteresting... not so sure about shooting the blossom from below... becuase it shows the blue sky... since the right side is blue, I think that the left side should not be blue.
I also think the gap between the left and right side is too narrow...
As for the right side, i love your kids expression and also the fence behind... this one may look better alone.
P.s. thanks for your comments of my photo... What you liked about it is exactly what I liked about it.
