Dear Ellen, the Bubles are real Bubles,and the Colors on it due to the reflection of The Flash from the angle and the distance which i was taking the photo,also i did not apply strong flash (0 Level) ,you can see the flash in the middle of each Buble also.
By Photoshop, more Saturation Was applied to colors.
Simply it was lighting issue.
