This is the view of the King's Bastion in Fort Louisbourg as seen from the Dauphin Demi-Bastion near the entrance to the fort. It is reconstructed exactly as it was in the 1700's, but the inside has displays and information about the fort, as well as a recreation of the Governor's living quarters. He was the most powerful man in the fort.
You captured a lot in this shot. Great colours and details. You mentioned your sky being blown out in some of your others. This sky turned out really well. Mary
OK, Todd. Lesson #1. You can't post a picture with this much character in it without SOME description as to what it is. I have stared at it for a while noticing the mixture of old and new. Looks like an interesting place. Well shot too.
