About This is the view of the King's Bastion in Fort Louisbourg as seen from the Dauphin Demi-Bastion near the entrance to the fort. It is reconstructed exactly as it was in the 1700's, but the inside has displays and information about the fort, as well as a recreation of the Governor's living quarters. He was the most powerful man in the fort.
