Hi Mark, Yep.. i think it had to do with a production error since they know of lots of film that work that have expiration dates of 2006. I think there were alot of mad people calling. It was a dumb move if that was what they were intending. I'm sure almost all the sx-70 they were selling was for the manipulation process... otherwise?? I'm not sure anyone would buy it. : ) Sorry about your camera... maybe you'll get another one someday. Tara

Tara, you mean they changed their mind about discontinuing the old version of SX70 film? That would make a lot of artists jump for joy.
But alas, I no longer have an operational SX70 camera :^(

Hey Mark,
Thanks for your comment. I have since made the sky darker blue but havn't had time to post. I also called Polaroid and have the lot numbers for the good SX-70 lots. I guess it was a mistake ... Polaroid did not intend to mess with us manipulating artists. If you need the good lot numbers let me know. Tara : )

Oh I remember Marshall's photo oils! I still have mine somewhere, but I think the tubes are probably all dried up. I like sunflowers; they're my favorite and you gave me a reason to like them even more. Cheers,
