About
polariser used to saturate the colours.
Late May to early June this little lochan nestled between the shapely peaks of Glen etive puts on an extraordinary display of colour. It is not just that the rhodedendron is so very pink and grows with such profusion and has even spread to the little tree islands in the middle of the loch. It is the fact that the greenery is so incredibly verdant and vivid particularly when photographed on an overcast day that the two opposing colours clash with stunning visual effect almost to the point of hurting the eyes.
I just saw this on your website (www.transientlight.co.uk) and thought it was stunning. The colours of the Rhodedendron bushes are very impressive. Speak soon.
