Yeah the image has been cropped I kind of like the proportions.
I came across this grove of trees that seemed to go on forever It was actually really pretty though the light was crap. And then for some reason Hansel and Gretel came to my mind and it was that thought that propelled this image.
The movement of the camera gave the trees a life that was kind of dark and gives the image it's mood. I was pleased when i read the part of your comment that mentioned the Blair Witch Project and your right the film was a waste of celluloid.

Great idea Mark...the camera shake adds a lot to the image...reminds me of a color version of the Blair Witch Project...what a waste of time that film was.
What made you go for this treatment and is the shot cropped?
