This is a nice picture, and the quality is good; however, there are a few things that I might recommend to be done differently.
For one thing, since the title you entered is "Dog & Man" it's obvious that they are your focal point, however, there is so much surrounding them (the street, the signs, fence/yard, foliage, etc.) that I find it very distracting from the main focus of your picture. I think this image would be better served if you cropped it much more tightly around your "main characters", that way your eyes would be pulled towards them in the center rather than being distracted by extra things around the edges. See my attached image for an example of what I mean.
Also, while I like the natural pose of the man in the picture, the dog is facing away and is far enough from the camera that it is difficult to make out very much of its features. I think the shot would've been better served if the camera was zoomed in closer for better detail on your main subjects, I think it would make the photo more interesting.
I hope you don't find my review harsh, it's just my opinion. I hope that you found my suggestions useful, Good luck!
