It is amazing that all the performers got together to put on such great shows in the different countries. I tink they certainly did raise awareness. In Canada, there were tons of signatures at the website.

You're right, the site is sooo well done, very worthwhile, what could be more important?

Very nice dramatic portrait John, I especially like the shadowing on his face. (he looks like he wasn't too thrilled with you photographing him.)

Good job on the image, and good job getting the message out!!
Lori :)

Great shot and message John, I am watching one of the concerts right now. This is a very intense portrait and a good one to get the point across. Beautiful lighting and great perspective from above. Alison

It's a wonderful image you've posted here, John, and of course I agree totally with your sentiments.

Unfortunately though, the world is not such a simple place. The idea of forgiving debt is not so easy - there are leaders of certain countries who abuse their positions and spend the money their country earns on themselves rather than on their citizens. These people must be brought to account, but until that happens, we cannot simply write off their countries' debts.

Sorry to be so heavy, but it is something I believe in profoundly, and I hope that the work I do in my professional life helps to advance justice in the world.
