Nice capture of this tree. I like your low angle and how the tree has been isolated against the sky.
Nice colours with very good saturation, Giorgio.
One minor sugestion is that I'd like a bit (not much) more detail on the shadow areas, which are quite heavy. I want to see this as a more "uplifting" image.

Hardly 'just' a tree. It is a lovely tree set against a beautiful sky. I like the vivid colours and simple, but striking composition.
