Mark, this is a beauty. it looks like it was a marvelous scene. I share your full moon adventure. I was all set for what I hoped would be a fantastic shot through my scope of the moon setting behind a hill on the other side of the lake. Just at the wrong time, a large cloud covered the scene. Darn. Mary

I think I like this sunset even better than the first one, Mark. The sun peeking throught the clouds and lighting the sky above makes a terrific picture. This is one for the wall. Print it and hang it! Larry

Thanks for the comment, Patrick. The funny thing is that to the naked eye, it isn't nearly as dramatic. It was beautiful, but the camera seems to pick up the red so much more than the eye does.

Amazing colors in the sky, Im dissapointed I missed it. I did see the moon, however, and I feel your pain, I didnt have my camera with me either.
