I didn't change anything on that picture, unless I cropped the part with the wheel of the car away. Digital photograpy is quite new to me, and so I'm still a bit afraid to make changes on pictures, and also not very fit in doing it.
Well, looking at your wonderful pictures, I will have to llearn a lot to reach your condition.

How cool is that!!
If you had not titled your image that specifically I would never have guessed what it was.
I hope you will not mind one very minor suggestion: what would you think if you either cropped or cloned out that one small bright white spot that is on the right side of the top border? To my eye, it would strengthen the composition slightly.
This image works wonderfully for me on many levels. It looks like a very watery cool blue abstract. In a way I wish that I did not know it was a car wash so that it would be possible to wonder and dream!
