i do love this series of montains,this one like 3 dimension work,the background montains having the snow effect and the forground sold rocky montains with diffetent tones and colors,all this makes this image real wonderful,thanks lot my friend for showing us this work and very best regards.

Yes I went to Canyonlands the wife like that one better. On posting of late I've posted the ones the wife liked the most. She has different tastes than me but they tend to be more mainstream. I don't have rules that guide me in photography. I was there late afternoon one day and went back and photograph early morning the next.

I was going to say that yes indeed the picture was quite a bit east of San francisco. I am familiar with the exact spot you took this photo. I have ne similar but it is at sunset and I framed mine a bit to the right. I'll look in my archives and try to post it... Very good capture by the way. Good job.

Beautiful shot of "Arches" National Park :) I thought I had a copy of my shot of this area here, but it is not. Perhaps I'll post it in the coming days. I do think this would benefit from a less centered composition. The most prominent land formation is centered and the colors seem a little flat. As might sound strangely familiar... did you get a chance to go to Canyonlands? That is near by and also has some great photographic opportunities.
