Very good and clever use of lines, real or imaginary, repeating and leading.
This shows great compositional eye. The repeating diagonal lines in foreground, middle distance and background, intersected by the line of groups of people, again in the foreground, middle and back.
Keeps the viewer interested for a long time.
The fact that they are all looking into the distance somewhere off to the left adds some nice tension.
