About	Ft Myers Florida is one of my favorite places to photograph shore birds. This was taken in September before all of the "snpw Birds" of the north head down and you pretty much have the beach to yourself. Every day I hiked further and further south carrying my huge 500mm lens in the basting hot sun. On this day I followed the pictured flock of shore birds to a spot that I have never been before. When I arrived to this spot, flocks of birds were everywhere and I picked up many new species to my life list and burned off many photos while I was at it. Thanks for leading the way!
