Hi Carlos, sometimes it is almost impossible to get the photo we want, but we keep trying. Best of luck and enjoy what you set out to achieve. Ian Pearson
Thank you for the coments. I am just a beginner in the art of photography. I bought the câmera 4 months ago, and since then i am trying to learn how to take good photographs. Your coments will help me to improve my experience and to make the things better in the next time. Your great, and long, experience will be very welcome. In time, the photo is not cropped! May be poorly composed. The man who tooks the owl in his arm was walking fast, through the people in the zôo, and i was running behind him to take the photos...
I find this photo very unbalanced. the subject is the owl and should be isolated from the background totally. The photo has been badly cropped, or if not, poorly composed, as the main attributes of owls are the powerfull talons, hooked beak and big eyes.To get the details right takes patience and a good position. A long focus lens, at least 500mm (try a 2X add on lens as a standby) gets you out of the way and blurs the background nicely. Cropping and digital enhancement takes care of the awkward bits that get in the way. Ian Pearson
