Hi Abeer,
No,the DOF in my flower pictures is made by the camera itself I only use PS for toning. I am sure you can do it with your camera too cuz I used to photograph the same with my old camera.

Simple, yet stunning.
There does seem to be some jpeg artifacting in the top left corner though... perhaps this was compressed just a bit too much?
Other than that minor nit I find the B&W really highlights the deliacte petals and blossoms.
