Thanks Larry. Yes I did have fun, but was disappointed to just miss a couple of the stacks. That is what I was after, the facial expressions and the chaos of bike and rider. Sadistic maybe, but that is the dramatic style of shot that I want.
And thanks also for your congrats. I had a pretty good day that day. But exhausted at the end.

Thanks Christopher. Yes, this was the colour of the sky. We were very fortunate and recieved good weather all week but the day of this photo we had no clouds at all. These images were taken about 4-00pm so it was still quite bright.

Congrats Judi! Well deserved award, and this is a great composition too, the only thing I would change is the riders on the left side so that they are facing inwards. Just draws the eyes into the center instead of outward. Something I learned in Graphic Arts a long time ago, has just stuck with me. :) Dottie

Great work here... I understand how you composited the riders. But,I have one question. Was the sky that clear (WOW!) or is this a background enhanced by photoshop. It looks sooooo clean. I'm thinking it is the sky. If it is, you had a very fortunate day in the sun. :)
