Hello Rob,
I certainly didn't mean to be impolite! I asked a question, I don't think I made an accusation? Usefilm for me is for learning from, I wanted to know how L Bogdan had put this image together. The boat looked like it had been added (nothing wrong with that - plenty of people here make composite images, I've posted a swan flying against a different sky, for example. It is a skill I would like to learn, hence the reason for asking). OK maybe I didn't phrase the question very well, but there was no harmful intent.
I didn't get an answer, either way, so. To me that is a little impolite!! Regards Steve.

What an incredibly moody sky here! Love the skyline of the city, the boat somehow adds a surreal feel to this photograph! Excellent work here! :)

Are you joking? If he added that he is one of the best PS persons I've ever encountered. Don't you think that is a bit insulting to a photographer? You're work is amazing Steve but it is like you pay a compliment and smack the person at the same time...my opinion...take it for what is worth; maybe you all have different rules over there about politeness.

Superb clarity, please would you enlighten me as to how you post-processed this?
Also, did you add the boat after this was shot? I only ask because it looks that way to me - but it doesn't detract from a marvelous image!
Regards Steve.

I think the boat added another perspective to the cityscape.... Very moody image and nice lighting. Khaled.

Wonderfully atmospheric. The boat gives something additional for us to focus on. As Lorraine suggests, it's almost surreal, with the mast in the foreground reaching higher than the buildings in the distance. But it's the power of the sky that ultimately dominates. Well done.
