I like this one better, as the dog and the red shoes really stand out here, but in this one you get to see more of the subject instead of the backsides.
I like the trails in this one as well... really giving off a sense of motion! I like how the dog is moving on a diagonal through the shot as well. I also like #2, but out of which one is better, it has to be #1 for me.

Although I like them both, I am particulary fond of number 2 because the motion aspect of it seems softer on the eye.
