hi GG !! well...not to fret...I wasted alot of paper !!! :(
I left the transfer floating on top of warm water much longer ( about 6 minutes). then I gently tapped it down with a dry paper towel...and then poured water over it so it's wet and peeled it very slowly. try that..seemed to help !

am I the only one that's not able to do a Polaroid transfer without breaking the gelatine??!?
