Very interesting Gayle, from the thumbnail I thought it was a length of rope and the top part was fraying - and the more frayed it gets the more likely to break - !!!! SO it fitted the title, every vow - every strand Margaret

Wow... this is a powerful image.
It feels lonely, but reflective... perhaps a bit remorseful.
Sorry I haven't been so active - finals of my last year...

hi gayle,
very good work on this one. the misty setup and the blurred out elements work very well. I cannot judge on your situation in the US, but it's good to see that somebody there feels uncomfortable.
best wishes,
thilo

Dear Gayle, LOVE your image - says A LOT about these very sad times.....Read your update on your back problems and I'm sorry to hear that things haven't gotten better. Did you ever read the book on back pain by Dr. John Sarno? (he has a clinic in NYC - could be Dr. Sharno - with an H). If your pain is not due to an accident or something like that and your Dr's aren't making much progress I would definitely look into his work (approuches it from a much different angle) Let me know if you want more info by putting a comment on a shot of mine or here. Keep in mind that a few years ago the World Health Organization (WHO) rated the US either #32 or #36 in it's quality of health care (can't remember which number) but # 1 in cost of health care (France came in as # 1 on quality followed by most of Europe / Japan / etc.). This information was in The International Herald Tribune (www.IHT.com) probably the best English language newspaper in the world so I'm just passing it on with no opinion (I've been blocked too many times so I need to stay unopinionated - just want to pass on info I know about - hope something helps) All the best, Mark

hi there, not sure i completely get all of your comment...i didn't want to violate anyone's legal hold on the words used for title,so gave credit to whom i thought wrote those words...yes,the additional words in my about are MY feelings about the current political state of affairs...am i confused about what you said? i am on painkillers,so i have a legit excuse, dear Brad!..LOL..appreciate your encouragement and when ya posting again?

Gayle.... You know I love your work. You are intuitive and creative.
Sting?
C'mon.
I'll alienate myself from so many. That's fine. I just happen to believe that YOUR perspective on what's happening here is more relevant. I respect your ideals, and I'm sure so many others do, as well. ...Brad
