Nice contrast. Simple but efficient.
However, the windows are a litlle out of focus.
Look at mu portfolio, I have a picture which looks like it (at least in terms of colours).

Amna,
You don't give details of the shutter speed etc. Perhaps it is not the lens, but camera shake? From what you are describing ("always soft above 200 mm") it sounds like shake or your technique for holding it.

I wanted it to be sharper but with the zoom lens I am using it is always soft above 200 mm , I did some sharpning work in PS
