"Airports can be tedious places cant they?"

Sure can - fortunately I haven't had to use one for a while.

I checked out your sequence shots - looking good.

Hey Wayne - I am posting a teeny mini series of my own first one already there. Airports can be tedious places cant they?

Thanks Arwa,

you're right, the horizon isn't level, I should have fixed that because it's something I am usually pedantic about.

The monochromic tones are about the best thing in this image!!!
Love the details in this portrait! although the sun seems too bright you managed to capture the skin even the hair on his arms!
the horizon seems a little skewed?!
Or is the landscape slanted ?

Thanks Carlos, yes, my son. I thought I should upload some shots of him since I've already added quite a few of my daughter.

Staff Choice award - yeah, not the image I would have chosen from my folio on Usefilm. I guess it's a little different and caught somebody's attention.

I agree with the above Wayne ? you?ve done very well here. Picture?s very well composed, the ?atmospherics? are great and the tones beautifully complementary of the young man?s expression. A fine looking fellow ? your son?

Congrats on SC choice for ?Shipping Lanes?? frankly you have far better images in your folio. But, hey, it?s all quite subjective, right?

Hey Wayne,

Very good work on this portrait. The detail, compostition and DOF are perfect.

Good stuff,
