Oh yes Ron I have had that problem myself. I can imagine how difficult it was to get this guy to "sit still" for you. Thats what makes your photo even more incredible.

well the effect is good, id have cropped it more if the file was large enough, but it isnt, so itll go to print as is, would have liked to have gotten closer to this guy , but hes very skitish

Ron, I really like this picture. The bird stands out beautifully despite the large backround. I actually like the backround effect. Almost surreal like they are silhouettes but in detail I don't know how to explain. I like how the backround is blurred and the bird so clear. I cropped it to see the effect just for interest sake. What do you think?

Beautiful capture! If you've got the good resolution picture try some good and tight composition, it will look better.
