I think Henry's hesitance to load anything on to Usefilm is partly a time thing, (he's a very busy man!), and partly a confidence thing, (he doesn't feel his photo's are up to the mark ~ whatever 'the mark' is!) They are, of course, (I.M.H.O.!), but being told something and believing it are two different things.
