Supprisingly sharp detail and clarity and perfect focus/DOF. But for the wing tip, I would say this is among the very best butterfly captures I've seen,still a great shot.

a very nice macro of an interesting creature. fantastic texture and sharpness, a good coordination between teh flower and the wing palette. too bad the top of the wing got cropped.

This is nothing short of sensational! You obviously use the extension tube very well indeed. I am amazed at the slow shutter. Tripod, yes? Whatever you used, it all came together. This is a macro I really envy!

Really fantastic colours and use of DOF here. Amazing beauty! Just a little pitty that the wing of the butterfly is cut. But, it?s lovely in all sense anyway!
