Excellent shot, I love the angle. Just like we are peaking thru to some event we shouldn't be seeing. Is that a barbwire fence just to the top also?

This was always my favorite time of the year to visit JM - and if you missed the Cherry Blossom Festival at night - plan on going next year - that is if they still do the night lighting of the area. Really spectacular photo. Excellent composition and different from the usual shot of the Memorial.
