Francesca, Nice combination use of digital filters. (solarization & plastics wrap filters?)
I like the highlights on the edges of the fingers. It gives the appearance of a side lighting from the lower right side. Cool effect. Ciao, Robin

Hi Francesca, Very creative postprocessing. The lines on thte hand seem man made, and are very geometrical, yet they fit very well with the subject and lighting. Very creative.
