You're right Carsten! I got totally lucky; very true! My friend always tells me that always seem to be at the right spot at the right time with a lot of my photos. I am just happy that I got to see this one in particular...It didn't even look real. :)

An incredible scenery, awesome landscape. You were lucky with this sky just on this day of your trip there. This picture looks like a painting of Caspar David Friedrich, a famous romantic painter.

Thanks Ryan! I should have entitled "The Lone Cypress" You're right...I do that place...try to get there a couple of times a year if I can. You have some incredible shots in your portfolio. On the one with the girl surfing...how did you ever get that shot???

I have a photo of the lone cypress I took about 25 years ago but at a much closer distance.I will never forget the ride to get there! I would have to say this is one of the most beautiful places on the face of the earth!!You have taken a gorgeous photograph here Rob! I will surely be showing alot of people this shot!Thanks for the memories of My trip and for Your keen photographic eye!

That is incredible photograph, I was just there this last weekend on vacation, and it was overcast, and very cold & windy. It didn't make for great photography.
