Thank you for your comment Cetin.
Unfortunately on our first day of our tour we had gorgeous blue skies and blinding sunshing (that's when all the pictures on the salars were taken). However, the second day greeted us with glouds, snow and rain which was disappointed since our next couple stops included a number of "colored" lagoons (red, blue, white...) and in this light none of the shots were worthwhile.

Thank you for your comment. The perspective in the shot is a bit deceptive though. Although we did climb up a little bit, it definitively isn't as high as it seems.
