Well I used that VR 70 200 zoom. so i was not that close to the horse really sort of close but not right on it.. I had to take several shots of the horse. Yes at times the horse moved and the shot was blurry.I do not remember how many shots I took, probably about 10 but only this one came out well. I can not wait to see your photos from the D 70 when you get it.

Wow - that's a great photo - the spacing, the detail, macro, everything about it is pure, solid photography, 7+++
PS - how did you get the horse to stay so still while you were that close? Did the sound of the focusing not scare him/her at all?
