this parking ramp is near 'Loring Park' and municipal means its owned by the government...
and i think you might be right that it'd look better without the words...

I have no idee what "loring minicipal" means. proberly related to the title of the photo or am i mistaken? Anyway without that nolidge & the fact that i like it with letters i prefer it without.
