You are such an advanturer James. Love the photo. Handsome fellow as well. Your life sounds fascinating. I just love the island of St. Barth. Never been to Puerto Rico except at the airport of St. Juan. Every time I think that it would be nice to visit but I have so many friends on St. Barth I always end up just going there. Look forward to sharing more images about the Island next year when I return. I will have learned how to make better use of my NIKON D70 by then o:) Cheers, Andree

Andree, I love your island shots! I went to the West Indies, as a sailor (15 years old) and stay over 30 years. I lived on Puerto Rico, St. Croix, U.S Virgin Islands, Belize and aboard my sailboat, "The Morningstar". This is my first time landlocked since I was a child. The old photo is me aboard The Morningstar.

I remember this from your website portfolio. This kind of image is a closed book to me. I just take what's actually there, rarely even cloning out things that jarr! But I can enjoy it when other people do it. This one is delightful!

Hello Franz. This shot was taken at lunch. On the tropical island of St. Barth, the sun is too hot for people to be on the beach between Noon and 4 pm. We were the first to sit down for lunch, I wanted to take the picture and capture the set up before the rush. We had a very nice lunch. Thank you for your comment and visit. Regards, Andree

Very nice creation!
Your bottles look a bit like lighthouses.

Yes Brenda I do. In this image I used two images only. I used the clone to remove a dying palm tree that was conflicting with the beautiful background and applied the flower from another photo as the bottom right. The overall image was treated with a creative filter. I am still using PS 5.5 so it is a little tricky doing it all. Can't wait until I get the upgrade to the latest version of PS.
